We own a number of small offices at Wood Lane, which we let out at a reasonable licence fee. We also own two commercial business parks: Belper Enterprise Park and the Great Bridge Centre. The rent raised from the commercial business parks helps to pay for the running of Wood Lane Community Centre and the various activities that we run there for local people.
